Le Tre Colombine
Le Tre Colombine is the story of three sisters and one extraordinary grandmother: Colomba.
Born in the small village of Praiano, she carried the flavours of her home far beyond Italy, cooking for important families abroad while her husband welcomed and served every guest by her side. They worked far from home because life in Italy was difficult, but wherever they went, they brought Praiano with them through her recipes.
Today, we continue her story in our family home restaurant, using fresh ingredients from the garden and the recipes she left in our hearts.
