1) Object of the service
The site allows you to view information about our Home Restaurant and submit requests/reservations. No online payments or credit card information are required.
2) Reservations and availability
Reservations must be made at least 24 hours in advance and are subject to confirmation. Maximum capacity: 18 people. The user agrees to provide truthful and up-to-date information.
3) Cancellations and no-shows
Cancellation is free up to 24 hours before the agreed-upon time. In the event of a no-show, we reserve the right not to accept subsequent reservations from the same contact.
4) Contact via social media and WhatsApp
We also accept inquiries and bookings via WhatsApp, Facebook, and Instagram. These services are provided by third parties with their own terms and policies. Communications via WhatsApp are intended solely for booking management and not for emergency management.
5) Allergens and responsibilities
It is your responsibility to report any allergies or intolerances. This information will only be processed with your explicit consent, as per the Privacy Policy. We take reasonable precautions, but cannot guarantee the absolute absence of accidental contamination.
6) Intellectual property
Text, logos, images, and content on the site are the property of the Owner or used under license. Unauthorized reproduction or use is prohibited.
7) Limitation of liability
To the extent permitted by law, the Owner is not responsible for disruptions not attributable to its gross negligence or willful misconduct, nor for unavailability of the site due to maintenance or force majeure.
8) Applicable law and competent court
These terms and conditions are governed by Italian law. Any disputes will be subject to the jurisdiction of the court of the user's place of residence or domicile, where applicable by law; otherwise, the Court of Salerno will have jurisdiction.
9) Changes to the Terms
We reserve the right to modify these terms and conditions; changes will be effective upon posting on the site, with the date of the last update indicated.
